Can I watch the replay if I can't make it live?

Yes, a replay will be recorded and sent to everyone who registers. However we do recommend coming live if you can as this is an interactive workshop where you will be building your personalised ADHD Energy Management Plan on the call with Alannah.

Do I need to have my camera on?

Absolutely not. Camera off is completely fine and totally normal. Come from the couch, in your pyjamas, with a cup of tea. Just show up however feels comfortable for you.

Is this workshop suitable for me if I was recently diagnosed?

Yes — this workshop is designed for women who have known about their ADHD for a while and are ready to actually do something with that information. Whether you were diagnosed recently or have known for years, if you are feeling overwhelmed and ready for real support, you are in the right place.
